my parents are the most uncreative folks around
"jennifer"
according to the social security website,
was
within the top 20 most popular baby names in the US from 1965-1969,
number 1 from 1970-1984,top 10 til 1991,
andtop 20 til 1998"park"
according to wikipedia.org,
is the third most common Korean family name.
my only comfort is that there are multiple spellings of it
including
bak
and
pakthis does not sit well with me.
i remember in high school,
i was one of four jennifer parks registered at the school.
they kept marking me absent for the wrong person.
my life sucks.

your life doesn't suck.
in those same years (according to the sites you've referenced), "michael" was the most common first name for a boy while "smith" is most common surname in america. so imagine if that was your name....not to mention the crappy nicknames this kid would have had (i.e. mikey, smitty, etc.).
to be clear, my name is not michael smith. but whoever he is, i'll bet he has an overbite.
start committing crimes now and blame other Jen Park's for it. Start your own Jen Park Project (and be a biter)...
hey man...that's better than be called "yummy" during roll. =(
I was up in Gunma this weekend but Liv said you were in Tokyo. damn it! You're going to AJET next weekend right? My friend Christian is the AJET translator, he's from LA too. Anywhoo...have fun next weekend! =)
Btw, you missed all the goodness of Liv's crazy teachers!
From now on, I will call you Esmerelda Park. How many people have this name?
As I write this, some fool is whistling in the hallway, and i feel like i'm going to get killed by the serial whistler. you could always change your name when you get married to Mike Rotchtickles and you can become mrs. jennifer crotchtickles, sorry, i meant, Jennifer C. Rotchtickles. and i'm totally saying this with a straight face.
